Anti-social Behaviour Policy

The Housing Act 1996, as amended by the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003, places a duty upon the Council as a social landlord to prepare, publish and keep under review policies and procedures on anti-social behaviour. In addition, a summary document must also be produced and made available to the public on request.
