Typography

A consistent use of typography produces clear text, structure and order.

The way how the content is set on the website such as the font choice, the size of the text and the order of the typographical arrangement helps the users navigate through the site. Typography covers 95% of a website's design. Typography contributes to the way the content on a web page is interpreted and perceived by users.

We keep all fonts of our heading and body text consistent across our website. We use sans-serif font. Our font is highly readable, neutral, and minimalist.

Our headings are larger than body text and reduce in size by H1, H2, H3, etc. This helps readers scan the page for the target content.

Avoid

Avoid using all caps. If you want to highlight body or heading text, you make it bold. This provides the same purpose while being more readable and visually pleasant.

Avoid underlining a text which isn't a link. Underlines provide a strongly perceived affordance of clickability. Users will be confused and annoyed if underlined text doesn't match their beliefs.
