Welsh Church Fund

To promote the activities of voluntary organisations which benefit the people of Caerphilly county borough and enrich local communities.

Who is entitled to apply?

Registered voluntary societies, movements and institutions which contribute towards local community life. In addition to churches or chapels, community organisations and community based projects are eligible for funding, providing the proposed projects are for purposes beneficial to the community, as defined by Welsh Church Fund.

How to apply

What level of grant is available?

Total annual income for the fund is approximately £61,600.  Grants are for capital schemes only.  Grants of up to a maximum of £5,000 are available.  Applications that meet the criteria and cost £5,000 or less can be fully grant funded.  For projects costing over £5,000 grants of up to the maximum amount are available.

How often are applications considered?

Applications can be submitted at any time and are assessed on a monthly basis.
