Register office opening times
Our offices are at our main council headquarters at Penallta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach. CF82 7PG.
When you arrive at Penallta House please use the visitor parking by following the signs. Then come into the building through the main entrance at the front of the building. The register office reception is on the right hand side of the main reception area.
If you are arriving for a ceremony, we have a separate entrance on the right hand side of the main building where you will also find a dedicated car park.
Appointments and opening hours
To register a birth, death, marriage or civil partnership you will need to make an appointment.
Office hours as follows:
- Monday, 9.00am to 4.30pm
- Tuesday, 9.00am to 4.30pm
- Wednesday, 9.00am to 4.30pm
- Thursday, 9.00am to 4.30pm
- Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm
- Saturday, strictly by appointment only
- Sunday, strictly by appointment only
