Anti-social behaviour

Anti-social behaviour (ASB) or any kind of behaviour that is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, continues to blight many of our communities and covers a wide range of activities such as inconsiderate use of vehicles, verbal abuse, noise nuisance and street drinking.

The Safer Caerphilly Community Safety Partnership takes a tough stance on ASB and has a number of tools at its disposal to deal with it including civil Injunctions, Community Protection Notices (CPNs), Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) and Closure Orders.

ASB can have a negative effect on the quality of life of individuals and communities so it is important to report any concerns or issues you are experiencing.

For advice and guidance relating to ASB please contact our Community Safety Team.

In an emergency always dial 999.

For non-emergencies call 101.
