Local housing offices

Coronavrus: To protect everyone’s safety and deliver critical services, all council housing offices have been temporarily closed.

If you’re a council tenant many of the services you need are provided by your local housing office.

Caerphilly County Borough Council has announced the launch of a single contact phone number for all its housing offices.

Tenants can now access services from their local housing office by calling 01443 873535.

If you have an emergency when offices are closed you can contact our out-of-hours number.
