WHQS - Environmental Improvement Programme

What is the environmental improvement programme?

The Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) is a set of standards which all local authority and housing association homes in Wales must meet.

This includes an environmental standard which states that:

“All homes should be located in an environment to which residents can relate and in which they can be proud to live”

You said, we did
