Stay Connected

You can now sign up for email alerts to be informed of roadworks and road closures in Caerphilly county borough. We also offer subscriptions to other council services and news.

We are responsible for monitoring and coordinating the work on the public highway to ensure public safety and reduce congestion to all users of roads.

We update records on proposed and current roadworks in the Caerphilly county borough, including works being undertaken by public utility companies.  These records are then uploaded to the one.network site, which is free to view on the following link.

one.network

one.network is the most comprehensive source of up-to-date roadworks information in the UK.

one.network is updated every 30 minutes therefore delivering real-time access to local roadworks information across nearly 100 local authorities (rising rapidly as more LAs sign up to the service) as well as motorways and trunk routes across England and Wales.

Users are able to view precisely where and when roadworks are taking place on a map, who is responsible for them, and assess the likely impact on journey times. You can even sign up to receive email alerts about future planned works in your area.
