Personal care in your home

Home care provides practical and personal care in your own home. We will support you with daily living tasks so you can remain living in your own home for as long as possible. We will also help you with your confidence and to regain skills to increase your independence.

If you have been assessed as eligible to receive care and support from us, we will establish what outcomes you wish to achieve, your care and support needs and how these can be met. 

We will arrange and manage this care for you, which will be monitored on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet your care needs and outcomes identified.

How much does it cost?

You may be asked to pay towards the cost of your homecare. The amount you will pay will depend on how much care you receive and your own financial circumstances. We will give you more information about the cost before we arrange any services. 

Please note, we do not provide a shopping or domestic service and are not able to provide a service to solely administer medication.  Should you need support with these tasks, information is available on our help to live at home section.
