Youth Service

We are an education service for all young people aged 11-25 but unlike schools we have an informal, voluntary relationship with young people.

We provide opportunities for young people to get involved in different activities ranging from simply having fun & meeting new friends to trying new activities, receiving support for challenges & getting involved in decision making.

Our vision is for young people to have fun, feel valued & listened to, and to learn, achieve & aspire to do well now & in their futures.

What can volunteers do?

  • Work within a project or youth team in communities across the county borough
  • Build relationships with young people
  • Support & encourage individuals
  • Help plan & deliver activities
  • Be a positive role model

What can you expect from us?

  • Opportunities to meet new people and work with individuals/groups/families/communities
