Contracts awarded

The council is a complex organisation delivering a diverse range of goods, works and services to the communities of the county borough.

We spend approximately £230m every year with third party providers, and we work hard to ensure that this procurement activity is not only aligned with the requirements of our communities, but also that the process is fair, transparent, and legally robust.

Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) - Provision of Education Technology and Associated Services

Caerphilly CBC, working in conjunction with the Welsh Government and all twenty-two local authorities in Wales, are leading on the development of a single procurement channel via a Dynamic Purchasing System ("DPS") for local authorities to purchase technology products and associated services on behalf of their schools.

Those suppliers appointed onto the DPS are invited to participate in mini competitions for their respective lot(s) as and when there are opportunities. The attached document lists the outcomes of the mini competitions and the Suppliers established on the DPS for their respective Lot.

If as a Supplier you are interested in applying to join the DPS or require any additional information, please contact procurement@caerphilly.gov.uk.
