Caerphilly Council tenants reminded to give views on housing services
Posted on : 04 Oct 2021
Caerphilly County Borough Council is reminding tenants to give their views on the housing services it provides.
A survey is being carried out on behalf of the council by an independent company called ARP Research Limited. All tenants should have received a copy of the survey in the post, or it can be
completed online
.
Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw for the opportunity to win up to £250 in shopping vouchers. The survey will end on Friday 8th October.
Cllr Lisa Phipps, the council’s Cabinet Member for Housing, said “Firstly I’d like to thank all of our tenants who have already taken the time to complete the survey. The results of this survey are vital in helping us understand how we can better tailor housing services to meet their needs.
There is still time for those who have yet to complete it, so please make sure your views are counted.”
Tenants with queries or concerns about the survey can contact the council’s Tenant and Community Involvement team on 01443 864086 or by emailing
tenantinvolvement@caerphilly.gov.uk
