Issues raised and action being taken

The Housing (Wales) Act 2014 requires all Welsh local authorities to undertake a homelessness review and using the results, produce a four year homelessness strategy to be operational by 31 December 2018 (see Sections 50-2 of the Act). 

From 1 December 2022, The Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 will change how you rent your home and interact with your landlord. There may be some changes in your contract, how your home is maintained, or how you communicate with your landlord.
