Community connectors

Caerphilly Council has Community Connectors working with adults throughout the borough. They will aim to re-connect people with their communities by helping them find suitable activities and groups, linking people together who have similar interests and encouraging participation within their community.  Community Connectors aim to:

  • Promote well-being
  • Reduce social isolation
  • Help people feel part of their community
  • Promote independence
  • Provide information & advice on suitable community groups and activities
