Respite
Caerphilly’s Children’s Respite team provide respite services for children and young people between 4 and 18 years of age with learning disabilities.
We support families and carers to have a break from their caring role and our staff levels ensure every young person receives a personalised and quality service.
The service we provide is based on the needs of individual children and young people. We support them to make choices even if they are small.
We encourage friendships and activities as well as promoting the development of practical and personal skills and goals.
