Cwtsh Risca Wellbeing Festival 2024

The Cwtsh Risca Wellbeing Festival is highlighting and promoting events, activities and support sessions in Risca area that help keep people healthy and well!

In addition to the regular activities and support available each week in the town, the festival week has additional free walks, talks, workshops, arts and creative sessions and much more for all ages. There is also a fun prize wellbeing town trail throughout the week.

Highlights include:

• Wales Gene Park is bringing fun and creative DNA-based sessions and talks to the library on the afternoon of Tuesday 25^th.
• Healthy ageing event at Oxford House on Tuesday 25^th.
• Wednesday 27^th there is a great line up of sessions at Oxford House from bee keeping to local history stories.
• Thursday 28th sees a superb set of ZenFest creative sessions at the Library from creative journalling to a silent disco.
• Walks during the week include a local canal discovery walk, a nature and geocaching session and an assisted Twmbarlwm ascent.
