Nappy waste collection
To request this service, you must:
- Have two or more children of pre-school age, in full time nappies and,
- Use the full range of recycling services we provide such as recycling and food waste.
There is no charge for this service.
How the service works
A member of the waste team will need to visit your property. This visit is to assess you are using the recycling services available to you.
We will check for:
- contamination in your recycling
- recycling / food waste in your refuse
- food waste participation.
We will review your application in 12 months to assess if the service is still needed.
Please present bins kerbside for exchange. You will receive an email with the delivery / exchange date.
Once your request has been submitted it cannot be amended.
If approved, you will receive a larger wheeled bin in exchange for your current wheeled bin.
