Library staff from Caerphilly County Borough have been working hard to transform a section of the local community centre into a make-shift library after storm Eunice damaged a much-loved library.
Local artist, Roy Guy, has donated a portrait of poet, Idris Davies, to Rhymney Library in preparation for the proposed Idris Davies Community Learning Hub.
