The Caerphilly Conversation – Quick poll #1
Over the last few years, we’ve benefitted from having a year-round conversation with residents through ‘The Caerphilly Conversation’.

Our most recent conversation called ‘What matters to you?’ brought up some really interesting feedback, which is helping us prioritise what services the council should focus on in future and what it should spend its budget on to meet the needs of our communities.

To continue this conversation, we are launching a series of quick polls – which will build on what you’ve already told us and allow us to gather a little more detail on some of the areas you’ve told us are important to you.

The first poll ‘Quick Poll #1’ will focus on waste and recycling.

In the recent ‘What matters to you’ conversation, 87% of all respondents to our survey told us that recycling and waste collections were either as important or more important to you than they were 12 months ago.

Which got us thinking….

We’d like to find out a little bit more about all things waste and recycling related – and have come up with a very short, very quick poll. Your feedback will be key in helping us shape our plans going forward.

While ‘Quick Poll #1’ is an online poll, the team will continue to hold regular face-to-face engagement sessions for residents without access to online facilities to have their say on subject matters such as this. Further sessions are planned throughout January and into February. Watch this space for details!

This is the first in the series of ‘Quick Polls’ – thank you in advance for helping us gain some extra insight into this and other important subject areas. Please have your say by Monday 16th January.
