Draethen River Bridge closed for essential maintenance

As part of CCBC’s ongoing asset maintenance programme, Draethen River Bridge will be undergoing parapet maintenance works this October.
The bridge will be closed to vehicles on 9am Monday 17th October to 5pm Wednesday 19th October.
A signed diversion route will be in place for the duration of the works. Pedestrian passage over the bridge will be maintained during the works. Bus services will continue as usual.
We appreciate the impact the maintenance works will have on traffic flows. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
