Save the Date: The first creative well-being festival ‘ZenFest’

‘ZenFest’ is a free holistic and joyful experience that is designed to use creative means to support mental health, wellbeing and wellness within the community.

You can expect a range of engaging activities, live performances, entertainment and immersive workshops. ZenFest will create a safe space for attendees to explore various opportunities to support creativity, wellbeing and learning.

The event facilitated by Caerphilly County Borough Council Arts Development Team is a crafted celebration of creative living and self-care.

Community and creativity will come together to nurture your mental health and wellness. See below for dates and times:

Markham Community Centre, October 30th 10am-3pm
Nelson Community Centre, October 31st 10am-3pm
Risca Library, November 2nd 10-3pm and 7pm-9pm
Caerphilly Miners Centre, November 3rd, 10am-3pm and 7pm-9pm
