Caerphilly Homes seeks tenants’ views on rent
Council tenants in the Caerphilly borough are being asked to give their views on the rent they pay.

Caerphilly Homes, the housing division at Caerphilly County Borough Council, is asking tenants to complete a short survey to tell them if they believe their rent is fair and affordable.  The Council also wants to know how the cost-of-living crisis is affecting tenants.

The survey can be found online; it will end on Monday 30 September.

Everyone who takes part will be entered into a prize draw where one person will win £150 in shopping vouchers and another three people will win £60.

Anyone unable to complete the survey online or who requires assistance can contact the council’s Tenant and Community Involvement Team on 01443 811433 / 811434 or by emailing tenantinvolvement@caerphilly.gov.uk.
