In accordance with the duties under sections 7 (3) and 10 (2) of the Active Travel (Wales) Act 2013, please find Caerphilly County Borough Council’s annual report for the year 2023-24.
The actions taken to promote active travel journeys

- Development of feasibility designs for Active Travel route proposals in Bargoed & Aberbargoed (INMC146, INMC147, INMC149, INMC150 & INMC153), Caerphilly town Schemes 7 & 8 (INMC101, INMC370 & INMC72a) Risca (INMC192) and Ystrad Mynach (INMC319, INMC31, INMC320, INMC328, INMC25 & INMC88). Each scheme included stakeholder engagement and public consultation.

- Uncontrolled pedestrian crossings at Green Lady junction, Caerphilly town.
- 4 no. bike repair stations in Risca.
